Abstract
Translating the corporate strategy into the project is the most successful way for achieving corporate benefit. This is sorted out by selecting the right project at the aligning initiation phase and in a second aligning phase definning the right project strategy. This paper focuses the second view. Some good practices are enumerated, selected out from some SME´s pitfalls. Any alignment methodology should contemplate these practices.
