Board of Management is the Governing Body of the Society and is responsible for managing the business of the Society

Committees
Since 2018, the Design Society has strengthened its operations by establishing a number of Committees. These Committees comprise mainly current and past members of the AB, but also some members, with no formal role in the BM/AB structure.

As a UK Charity, the Design Society is required to submit a copy of its annual accounts and an external scrutiny report to the Scottish charity regulator OSCR.
