Abstract
Product development project is a complex system involving customer needs, product functions and components, organization and other different knowledge fields. In order to design a suitable product, this article constructs a function-product DMM, ""Team-Function-Product"" EDMM further analyzes the dependency relationship between the three, and further combines functional DSM and product DSM to establish an extended multi-domain matrix, and constructs a derivation model of organizational DSM. Then, in order to reduce the complexity of organization management, an improved two-stage organization clustering model based on information entropy is constructed, and the criteria for maximizing the ""increased average intra-external dependence intensity ratio"" and minimizing the ""organization weighted information entropy"" are proposed to optimize the organizational structure.
