Abstract
d possibilities for process parallelisation and on the other hand the process interdependencies. Design Structure Matrices as well as Multiple-Domain Matrices have been used to map dependencies between tasks, processes, actors, projects, risks and decisions. This paper focuses on Decision-Decision Matrices which are still “little developed”.
